Survival After Creation. Despite section A31.1 of this Agreement, section A7.2 of this Agreement, including all cross-referenced provisions and Schedules, will continue in full force and effect for a period of seven (7) years from the date in which that document or record referred to in section A7.2 of this Agreement was created.
