Survival after Defeasance Clause Samples
Survival after Defeasance. Notwithstanding anything in the Indenture to the contrary, the obligation to pay arbitrage rebate to the United States will survive the payment or defeasance of the Bonds.
Survival after Defeasance. Notwithstanding anything in the Escrow Agreement to the contrary, the obligation to pay rebatable arbitrage to the United States and to comply with all other requirements contained in these Arbitrage Investment Instructions and in the Regulations shall survive the payment or defeasance of the Lease.
