Common use of Survival at Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival at Termination. The termination of Executive’s employment hereunder shall not affect his obligations to the Corporation hereunder which by the nature thereof are intended to survive any such termination including, without limitation, Executive’s obligations under Sections 8, 9 and 10.
