Survival; No Release of Insurers. The indemnification obligations under Section 17.2 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Tenant’s covenants, agreements and indemnification in Sections 17.1 and 17.2 above are not intended to and shall not relieve any insurance carrier of its obligations under policies required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
