Survival; No Release of Insurers. The respective indemnification obligations of Tenant and Landlord under Sections 17.2 and 17.3, shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. The respective covenants, agreements and indemnification in Sections 17.1, 17.2 and 17.3 above, are not intended to and shall not relieve any insurance carrier of its obligations under policies required to be carried by Tenant or Landlord, pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
