Common use of Survival; No Release of Insurers Clause in Contracts

Survival; No Release of Insurers. Tenant's and Landlord's indemnification obligations under Subparagraphs 19.1 and 19.2, respectively, shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Tenant's covenants, agreements and indemnification in Subparagraph 19.1 above, and Landlord's covenants, agreements and indemnification in Subparagraph 19.2 above, are not intended to and shall not relieve any insurance carrier of its obligations under policies required to be carried by Landlord or Tenant, respectively, pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
