SURVIVAL; NONDISCLOSURE; FREE ACT. The obligations of Tenant for payment of rent and charges under this Lease shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the term of this Lease. Tenant covenants that neither Tenant nor any attorney or other representative for Tenant shall disclose the contents of this Lease to any other person or entity. Tenant shall be fully responsible for the actions of its attorneys and representatives. By its execution of this Lease, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that it has read this Lease, understands the contents hereof, and is signing this Lease as its own free act and deed, and as the free act and deed of the representatives signing on Tenant's behalf without any persuasion or coercion by any person or entity, and with full advice of counsel.
