Fire Sprinklers. 1) Landlord shall include, as part of the Shell Improvements, fire sprinklers throughout the Building in accordance with the current minimum N.F.P.A. standards to meet Tenant’s projected occupancy requirements of 300 persons per Phase.
Fire Sprinklers. Tenant is responsible for the relocation or addition of any fire sprinkler heads and drops including the adjustment of the height of any sprinkler heads provided by Landlord to the extent required in order to maintain a design in conformance with NFPA #13 and other applicable codes and requirements of Landlord's insurance carrier. All heads and escutcheons shall match the type and color provided elsewhere in the facility. Tenant to provide special chemical sprinkler systems where operations dictate.
Fire Sprinklers. The Airport will provide a “wet type” Fire Sprinkler System complying with the requirements of the NFPA 13 and the Airport Fire Marshal. The Tenant shall install a hydraulically calculated fire sprinkler system throughout the leased premises, reviewed and approved by the Airport Fire Marshal. Sprinklers shall be concealed or flush pendant quick response type heads. Tamper switches shall be provided for all valves normally in the open position and shall be PPDT self- storing type devices. All components of the fire sprinkler system shall be UL listed. The tenant’s subcontractor is required to submit a shutdown request 3 days prior of any scheduled work performed on the Airport sprinkler system.

Fire Sprinklers. The building is fully protected by a wet pipe fire sprinkler system per NFPA 13. Sprinkler drops will be relocated per tenant drawings at tenant expense.
Fire Sprinklers. Primary distribution loop with turned-down finished heads per code, minimum number required to get shell and core sign-off.
Fire Sprinklers. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall modify the existing fire sprinkler system as required by building or fire officials.
Fire Sprinklers. Landlord shall provide a fire sprinkler system to a density and head spacing conforming with NFPA and local fire jurisdiction for light hazard occupancies to Factory Mutual standards. (Note: Tenant shall make any modifications made necessary by Tenant's Work or Tenant's use of the Premises.)
Fire Sprinklers. If a fire sprinkler system is required in a building, having Telephone/Data rooms/Microwave Radio Rooms, the sprinklers shall be a high temperature standard response with a 360 Degree coverage head, with heavy-duty safety cage.
