Common use of Survival; Notice of Breach Clause in Contracts

Survival; Notice of Breach. The representations and warranties set forth in this Section 4 will survive the transfer and assignment of the Dealer Receivables and Related Security to Purchaser. Upon discovery by Seller or Purchaser of a breach of any of the representations, warranties or covenants set forth in this Section 4 or elsewhere in this Agreement, the party discovering such breach will give prompt written notice to the other party.
