Common use of Survival of Certain Agreements Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Agreements. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or implied by law to the contrary, the agreements of the Borrower set forth in Sections 3.6, 3.7, and 8.5 and the agreements of the Lender set forth in Section 8.3 shall survive the payment of the Loans and the Notes and the termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Agreements. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or implied by law to the contrary, the agreements of the Borrower set forth in Sections 3.6, 3.7, 3.7 and 8.5 9.5 and the agreements of the Lender Lenders set forth in Section 8.3 Sections 3.9, 8.2, 8.5 and 9.3 shall survive the payment of the Loans and the Notes and the termination of this Agreement.
