Survival of Certain Obligations and Liabilities of the Defaulted Servicer. The representations, warranties, covenants, indemnities and agreements of the parties provided in this Agreement and the parties’ obligations hereunder shall survive the execution and delivery and the termination or expiration of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any termination of the rights and obligations of the Defaulted Servicer pursuant to this Section 7, the Defaulted Servicer shall remain liable for any actions of the Defaulted Servicer prior to the effective time of such termination.
