Common use of Survival of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.02, 2.04, 3.02, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.024.1 (a), 2.04------------------------- 4.2 (a) (i), 3.024.2(b)(i), 4.3, 5.4, 5.5, 6, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 shall 10 will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall will cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.025d, 2.047, 3.02, 68, 9, 1011, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1719, 18, 19 20 and 20 21 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.022.2, 2.043.4, 3.023.5, 63.6, 4.3, 4.5, 4.6, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 the relevant portions of Sections 14 and 15 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and Any payment obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

All other rights and obligations of the parties shall will cease upon termination of this Agreement. Termination will not, however, relieve either party of obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination.
