Common use of Survival of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article V, Sections 3.3 of Article III and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article VSections 4, Sections 3.3 of Article III 5, 8, 9, and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI 10 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon the effective termination date of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 2.3(b), 3 and 4 of this Article V, Sections 3.3 of Article III and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties parties, other than those rights that shall have then accrued, shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article VSections 3(g), Sections 3.3 of Article III 3(j), 3(k), 5, 6(c), 6(h), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI 13 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article VSections 5.6, Sections 3.3 of Article III 7.3 and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI 7.4 as well as Section 8 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties parties, other than those rights that shall have then accrued, shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions Notwithstanding any termination of this Article VAgreement, the following provisions shall survive: Sections 3.3 3 (Proprietary Rights), 5 (Limitation of Article III Liability), 6 (Confidentiality), 7 (Representations and 4.3 of Article IVWarranties), Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI 8 (General Provisions). All other rights and obligations set forth herein shall survive the cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights rights, licenses and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

The All provisions of this Article Vwhich are continuing in nature, Sections 3.3 of Article III and 4.3 of Article IVincluding but not limited to those involving confidential information, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI shall will survive the termination of this Agreement for any reasonAgreement. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article VSection 3.6, Sections 3.3 of Article III 4.4, 6.4, 6.5, and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X 6.6 and Article XI Articles VII and VIII shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of this Article VSections 3, Sections 3.3 of Article III 5(a), 9, 10, 11, 12, and 4.3 of Article IV, Article VI, Article VII, Article VIII, Article X and Article XI 13 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement. Effective upon the termination of this Agreement, Representative shall cease to use all trademarks, marks, and trade names of Manufacturer.
