Common use of Survival of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 3(h), 5, 6(g), 6(k), 6(l), 6(m), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 3(h2(c), 2(d), 2(f), 3(c), 3(d), 3(e), 3(f), 5, 6(g6(e), 6(k7(b), 6(l7(c), 6(m7(d), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 8 and 14 9 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties Parties, except for those rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination, shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.

All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Terms. The provisions of Sections 3(h5, 6(f), 5, 6(g), 6(k6(i), 6(l), 6(m), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12 and 13 and 14 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the parties shall cease upon termination of this Agreement.
