Common use of Survival of Certain Terms Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement under any of the provisions of this Article 9, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles 5, 6, 7, 18, and 19 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.

Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding The provisions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 14 and 22 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that the survival of such provisions after the termination of this Agreement under any shall in no way constitute an extension of the provisions Term. Except as set forth in the prior sentence, all other rights and obligations of this Article 9, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles 5, 6, 7, 18, and 19 Parties shall survive cease upon termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereofAgreement.

Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement under any of the provisions of this Article 9, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles Article 5, 6, 7, 18, and 19 those pertaining to the ownership of rights acquired under Article 6 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.

Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement under any of the provisions of Article 7 or this Article 98, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 Sections 3.2 and Articles 3.4, Article 5, 6Sections 6.4, 78.2, 188.3 and 8.4, Article 9, Article 12 and 19 Article 18 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.

Survival of Certain Terms. Notwithstanding The provisions of Sections 3.6, 3.11, 3.12, 5.11, and Article 8 through Article 11 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement under for any reason. All other rights and obligations of the provisions Parties shall cease upon termination or expiration of this Article 9, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles 5, 6, 7, 18, and 19 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereofAgreement.

Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement under Article 7 or under any of the provisions of this Article 98, the terms and conditions of Section 4.2 and Articles 3.4, Section 4.2, Article 5, 6Sections 6.4 and 6.5, 7, 18, Sections 8.7 and 8.8 and Article 19 shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue to be applicable and govern the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof.
