Common use of Survival of Lessee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Lessee Obligations. Upon release of the Agency’s interest in the Facility pursuant to Section 10.2 or 10.3, this Agreement and all obligations of the Lessee hereunder shall be terminated except the obligations of the Lessee under Sections 5.1 (until such time as the Agency shall cease to have a leasehold estate in the Facility and, by reason thereof, the Lessee shall again pay Real Estate Taxes with respect to the Facility Realty), 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 8.2, 8.24, 9.2, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8, 11.4, 11.5, 11.6, 11.11, 11.13 and 11.14 shall survive such termination.
