Common use of Survival of Management Fees Clause in Contracts

Survival of Management Fees. Where the Administrator has submitted the Producer’s file to AAFC for payment by the Minister under the guarantee and where AAFC has recovered the outstanding debt from the Producer in full or in part through a compromise settlement, and where there are still default management fees provided under paragraph 4.7(d) of this Agreement owing to the Administrator by the Producer, the Administrator reserves the right to continue to pursue the repayment of these management fees from the Producer.
