Common use of Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information. Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Articles 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, this Section 10.5 and Article 11 shall survive and continue to be enforceable as set forth herein. No termination of this Agreement, in whole or in part, shall affect Licensor’s rights to reports and examination of Licensee’s books until all required reports have been made. Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall promptly return to Licensor all Confidential Information, and all copies thereof.
