Common use of Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under Articles III, IV, VII and VIII as well as Sections 6.04 and this 6.05, shall survive and continue to be enforceable. Upon any termination of this Agreement, Veralto shall promptly (and in any event within thirty (30) days) return to Xxxxxxx or destroy (at Xxxxxxx’x option) all written DBS Confidential Information of Xxxxxxx, and all copies thereof then in Veralto’s possession.
