Common use of Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Survival of Obligations; Return of Confidential Information. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the obligations of the Parties under Sections 3.6, 7.8, 11. 12. 13 and 15.2, as well as under any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive any such termination, shall survive and continue to be enforceable. Upon any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 14.2 hereof, the breaching Party shall promptly return to the non-breaching Party all written Confidential Information, and all copies thereof, of the non-breaching Party which is not covered by a license surviving such termination.
