Common use of Survival of Operative Sections Clause in Contracts

Survival of Operative Sections. Upon any termination of the Executive's employment, the provisions of Sections 6(g) and 7 through 18 of this Agreement shall survive to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions thereof.
