Survival of Operative Sections. Upon any termination of Employee’s employment, the provisions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 23 of this Agreement (and any related definitions set forth in Section 1 hereof) shall survive to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions thereof.
