Common use of Survival of Payment Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Payment Obligations. Upon termination of this Agreement, each Party shall remain liable to the other Party for all amounts owing under this Agreement. Utility shall continue to collect and remit, pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Arrangement and the principles provided in the Settlement Principles for Remittances and Surplus Revenues provided in Exhibit C hereto and any DWR Charges billed to customers or any DWR Surplus Energy Sales Revenues attributable to sales entered into before the effective date of termination of the Servicing Arrangement.
