Survival of Provisions Upon Expiration or Termination. The provisions of Articles 8, 10 and 11, and Sections 5.2 (in the event of termination of this Agreement by CDS under Section 11.5.2), 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.9, 9.3, 9.4, 11.5.2 (in the event of termination of this Agreement by CDS under Section 11.5), 11.6, 12.5, 12.6 and 12.7 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
