Common use of Survival of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations and Warranties. All representations and warranties made by the parties hereto in this Agreement or in any other agreement, certificate or instrument provided for or contemplated hereby, shall survive the execution and delivery hereof and any investigations made by or on behalf of the parties.

Survival of Representations and Warranties. All representations and warranties made by the parties hereto pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or in any other agreement, certificate or instrument provided for or contemplated hereby, shall survive the execution and delivery hereof of this Agreement indefinitely; and all statements contained in any investigations made certificate, instrument or other writing delivered by or on behalf of any party hereto required to be made pursuant to the partiesterms of this Agreement or required to be made in connection with or in contemplation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement will constitute representations and warranties by such party pursuant to this Agreement.
