Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties, Covenants, and Agreement Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties, Covenants, and Agreement. The representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in this Agreement shall survive as set forth in Section 16.6. Except as expressly provided herein, the Parties confirm that they have not relied upon any other representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements as an inducement to enter into this Agreement or the other agreements and instruments to be executed and delivered by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.
