SURVIVAL OF REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by VEIC, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall survive the performance period and shall continue in full force and effect until the Contractor has completed and is in compliance with all of the requirements hereof. Any confidentiality requirements set forth in or developed pursuant to this Contract shall continue after the expiration or termination of this Contract in perpetuity.
