Common use of Survival of Rights and Identified Clauses Clause in Contracts

Survival of Rights and Identified Clauses. Termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights and duties of the Parties accrued prior to termination or expiry of the Agreement. The following Clauses shall continue to be enforceable notwit standing termination or expiry: 1, 3.4, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 6, 8, 10, 12.4, 14, 15, 16.4, 17, 18, 19.6, 19.7, 19.8, 19.9, 20 and 21.
