Common use of Survival of Rights and Identified Clauses Clause in Contracts

Survival of Rights and Identified Clauses. Termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights and duties of either Party accrued prior to termination. The following sections will continue to be enforceable notwithstanding termination or expiration: Clauses 2.5c), 2.5d), 4.9, 5.3, , 13, and 19 – 22, as well as any other provision, which by its nature, is intended to survive termination.
