Survival of Rights and Obligations Generally. The rights and obligations that are intended to survive a termination of this Power Purchase Agreement are all of those rights and obligations that this Power Purchase Agreement expressly provides shall survive any such termination and those that arise from Seller’s or SCE’s covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties applicable to, or to be performed, at or during any time prior to or as a result of the termination of this Power Purchase Agreement, including, without limitation:
