Survival of Rights, Duties and Obligations. 25.1 Termination of this LTA for any cause shall not release a Party from any liability which at the time of termination has already accrued to the other Party or Parties or which thereafter may accrue in respect of any act or omission prior to such termination. 25.2 Termination shall not release the Parties from their obligations under GC 17 which shall continue in force for a period of five (5) years following termination.
