Common use of Survival of Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Survival of Section 6. The Executive agrees that the non-competition agreements, non-disclosure agreements and non-employment agreements in this Section 6 each constitute separate agreements independently supported by good and adequate consideration and, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, shall be severable from the other provisions of, and shall survive, this Agreement.
