Common use of Survival of Sublicenses Clause in Contracts

Survival of Sublicenses. All sublicenses granted by Licensee to Sublicensees shall survive termination of this Agreement, and Licensor shall assume all such sublicenses as the Licensor thereunder in accordance with the terms of such sublicenses; provided, however, that Licensor may elect to terminate any such sublicenses, and Licensor shall not be required under this Section 12 to assume obligations under any such sublicense that are greater in scope than those set forth in this Agreement.
