Common use of Survival of Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Survival of Terms and Conditions. The following Sections shall survive the termination of this Agreement to the full extent necessary for their enforcement and the protection of the Participant in whose favour they run: Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 4.2, 6.4, 6.6, 10.3, 12.3, 12.4, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7 and 12.8.

Survival of Terms and Conditions. The following Sections sections shall survive the termination of this Agreement to the full extent necessary for their enforcement and the protection of the Participant in whose favour they run: Sections sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.36.5, 4.28.4, 6.4, 6.6, 10.38.6, 12.3, 12.414.2, 12.514.3, 12.614.4, 12.7 14.5, 14.6 and 12.814.7.
