Survival of Terms and Conditions. The following Sections shall survive the termination of this Agreement to the full extent necessary for their enforcement and the protection of the Party in whose favor they run: Sections 2.2, 5.4, 8.2, 8.3, 12.3 and 12.5.

Survival of Terms and Conditions.
