SURVIVAL OF TERMS FOLLOWING. TERMINATION Upon termination of this Escrow Agreement, the following provision of this Escrow Agreement shall survive: a. Depositor's representations (Section 1.5); b. the obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Deposit Materials; c. Preferred Beneficiaries' obligation to pay DSI any fees and expenses due; d. the provisions of Article 7; and e. any provisions in this Escrow Agreement which specifically state they survive the termination or expiration of this Escrow Agreement.
