Survival of the Executive’s Obligations. The Executive's obligations under this Agreement shall survive regardless of whether the Executive's employment by the Company is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, by the Company or the Executive, with or without Cause.
Survival of the Executive’s Obligations. The Executive's obligations under Sections 9 and 10 shall survive regardless of whether or not the Executive's employment is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, by the employer or the Executive, with or without cause.

The Executive's obligations under this Agreement shall survive for a period of three years following the termination of the employment Term, regardless of whether the Executive's employment by the Company is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, by the Company or the Executive, with or with out cause.
