Common use of Survival Provision Clause in Contracts

Survival Provision. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5(b) hereof with respect to an Acquiring Fund and corresponding Acquired Fund, the provisions set forth in Section 1(b)(iii) of the respective Acquiring Fund shall survive and be a continuing obligation of such Acquiring Fund so long as the Acquiring Fund holds the voting securities of the applicable Acquired Fund.

Survival Provision. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5(b) hereof with respect to an Acquiring Fund and corresponding Acquired Fundhereof, the provisions set forth in Section 1(b)(iii) of the respective Acquiring Fund and Section 5(b) shall survive and be a continuing obligation of such the Acquiring Fund Funds so long as the Acquiring Fund holds the Funds (or any one of them) hold (holds) any voting securities of the applicable Acquired Fund.

If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5(b6(b) hereof with respect to an Acquiring Fund and corresponding Acquired Fund, the provisions set forth in Section 1(b)(iii) of the respective Acquiring Fund shall survive and be a continuing obligation of such Acquiring Fund so long as the Acquiring Fund holds the voting securities of the applicable Acquired Fund.

If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5(b6(b) hereof with respect to an the Acquiring Fund and corresponding Acquired Fund, the provisions set forth in Section 1(b)(iii) of with respect to the respective Acquiring Fund shall survive and be a continuing obligation of such the Acquiring Fund so long as the Acquiring Fund holds the voting securities of the applicable Acquired Fund.
