Survival; Return. The obligations under this Article 10 shall continue on and after Expiration or the termination of this Agreement. Upon request of the disclosing Party upon or after Expiration or the termination of this Agreement, the other Party shall return or, if requested by the disclosing Party, destroy the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party that it holds. The requested return or destruction shall include removal or deletion of Confidential Information from all data bases and magnetic media of the other Party.
