Survival Upon Expiration or Termination. The provisions of Sections 2.1.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.9, 2.10.1, 3.2.1, and 3.3, and ARTICLE I, ARTICLE IV, ARTICLE V, ARTICLE VII, ARTICLE VIII, ARTICLE IX, ARTICLE X, and ARTICLE XI shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both Parties.
