Common use of Surviving Clauses Clause in Contracts

Surviving Clauses. Termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to: 8.3.1. any right, liability or obligation accrued under this Agreement but not satisfied or discharged at the date of termination; and 8.3.2. the provisions of the Clauses 7 (Confidentiality), 9.5 (Notices), 9.15 (Governing Law) and 9.17 (Jurisdiction), which will remain in full force and effect.
