SURVIVING OBLIGATIONS FOLLOWING TERMINATION. (1) In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason provided in this Section 7 herein or if Employee resigns prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, all rights and obligations of the Company and the Employee under this Agreement shall cease immediately, except that Employee's obligations under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 8 herein shall survive such termination, and except as otherwise provided in this Section 7, the Employee shall thereafter have no right to receive any compensation hereunder.
