Surviving Obligations of the Ancillary Service Provider. Neither the Completion Date or termination of this Agreement for any other reason shall release the Ancillary Service Provider from any obligations relating to this Agreement that by their nature survive the Completion Date or termination, including all ongoing warranties, liabilities, indemnities, or confidentiality obligations.
