Suspension and Debarment List. The Contractor may obtain a current list of suspended and debarred Commonwealth contractors by visiting the eMarketplace website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and clicking the Debarment list tab. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT No Exclusion.
