Suspension and other Discipline. An Employee, subject to disciplinary action which is to be recorded in the Employee’s personnel file, shall have the right, to the presence of the Union Xxxxxxx or Union Committee member, unless she advises that she does not want to have a xxxxxxx or committee member present.
