Under the conditions listed below, Comcast reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to act immediately and without notice to terminate or suspend the Service. If we suspend Service or terminate this Agreement for a reason other than your violation of this Agreement, all applicable fees and charges will accrue until the date of suspension or termination, but we will refund all prepaid monthly service fees charged for Services after the date of termination (less any outstanding amounts due Comcast for the Services, affiliate services, equipment, or other applicable fees and charges). You understand and acknowledge that all Comcast Digital Voice Services, including 911/E911, as well as all online features of the Services, where we make those features available, will be disabled if your account is suspended or terminated.
