Suspension and Termination of Proceedings. 1. The arbitration panel may, at the written request of the disputing Parties, suspend its work at any time for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months. Once the period of twelve (12) months has been exceeded, the authority for the establishment of the arbitration panel will lapse. 2. The disputing Parties may agree to terminate the proceedings of an arbitration panel at any time before the issuance of the award by jointly notifying the Chairperson of the arbitration panel.
