SUSPENSION BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR CONVENIENCE. § 7.3.1 The Contractor may, without cause, order the Subcontractor in writing to suspend, delay or interrupt the Work of this Subcontract in whole or in part for such period of time as the Contractor may determine. In the event of suspension ordered by the Contractor, the Subcontractor shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment of the Subcontract Time and Subcontract Sum.
