Suspension during Force Majeure Events. As soon as possible upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure, a Party affected by a Force Majeure event shall provide the other Party with written notice of the occurrence of such Force Majeure event. Subject to Section 2.02, each Party’s obligations (other than an obligation to pay any amounts due to the other Party which shall not be suspended under this Section 13.01) shall be temporarily suspended during the occurrence of, and for the entire duration of, a Force Majeure event to the extent that such an event prevents Carrier from performing its obligations under this Agreement. Each Party’s obligations (other than an obligation to pay any amounts due to the other Party which shall not be suspended under this Section 13.01) shall be temporarily suspended beginning 20 Days after the commencement of, and for the entire remaining duration of, a Force Majeure event to the extent that such event prevents Company from performing its obligations under this Agreement.
