Common use of Suspension for Delinquent Account Clause in Contracts

Suspension for Delinquent Account. Vendor reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access and/or use of the Service for any account for which any payment is due but remains unpaid after thirty day’s written notice of such delinquency. Customer agrees that Vendor shall not be liable to Customer, or to any third party, for any suspension of the Service resulting from Customer’s non-payment of the fees as described in this Section.
