Suspension for Suspected Breach. Notwithstanding section 9.b., if the Health Authority has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Health Professional or a Supervised Person is in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, including the Terms Of Use, the Health Authoritymay, at its sole option, upon giving writtennotice to the Health Professional, suspend the Health Professional or Supervised Person’s access to CareConnect.
